Request removal of your account and personal information

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Use this page to request the complete deletion of your Budget Pilot account and all associated personal information.

How to request deletion

Click the "Connect with Google" button to authenticate your identity and submit your deletion request. This ensures we're deleting the correct account and protects against unauthorized deletion requests.

What gets deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your Budget Pilot user account and login credentials
• All personal information associated with your account
• Your subscription to our mailing lists and marketing communications
• Any usage data, preferences, and settings linked to your account
• All financial data, budgets, and personal information stored in the app

Important information before you proceed

This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, budgets, or any information associated with Budget Pilot.

5-day waiting period. After you submit your deletion request, there is a 5-day waiting period before permanent deletion occurs. This gives you time to change your mind if needed.

During the waiting period:

• Your account will remain active but scheduled for deletion
• You can still access your data and cancel the deletion request if you change your mind
• You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to cancel if needed

After you submit your request

Immediate confirmation:

You'll receive an email confirming we've received your deletion request

5-day waiting period:

Your account remains active during this time

Final deletion:

After 5 days, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems

Completion notification:

You'll receive a final email confirming your data has been deleted
